| Breastfeeding is the best way to feed your baby. In my breastfeeding classes, I teach parents why breastfeeding is normal and healthy for both mother and child. Research shows that when mothers are informed, they will choose to breastfeed. You will learn: *Benefits to Mother *Benefits to Baby *Various positions *Proper latch techniques *How to correct common problems *How to get additional support *How to identify that your baby is getting enough milk I also emphasize the importance of the father's support of breastfeeding to the overall success.
