❋ What does it cost?
The 2-day training is $700.
This fee includes the 2-day training taught by Darla Burns, IBCLC, CPBD, CPPD, CPLE, CPCBE who has trained over 900 postpartum doulas nationwide. You will also receive a professional training manual, daily snacks/drinks (for in-person trainings), certificate of attendance, invitation to an exclusive group for former trainees only for ongoing support and job leads.
❋ Will I be certified after the class?
NO. Full certification takes more than just attending a 2-day workshop. There are several steps involved in getting certified and I will go over those in great detail during the training.
I have partnered with Perinatal Professionals Association to handle the certification process for my students.
Attending the 2-day workshop is just one step in the certification process. A provisional certification is available after the training so you can begin taking clients very soon after attending the training and may be eligible to help your clients get insurance reimbursement and/or use their employer benefits.
I will review all of this in the training.
